Players sliding across field,
mud created by those digging
in refusing to yield!

patriots out today, only real
fans to have their say.
Field will be murky as politics,
why vote for lunatics?
Current political crop are but tics,
vampiring as clock ticks.
Have lie on lips they have a fix!
In traveling bag more tricks!
Politicians always get last licks!
