Hit the Derby but did
not win much, might
as well been out for
lunch. One that is
paid for dutch.
Weather is great but
will soon go home,
back to San Francisco
where I can roam.
Having good time but
always like to return
to home.
Fires in Cali growing
larger by day, skies are
said to be very gray.
How long it will go on
no one can truly say.
Looks like more decay.
Fires do as they may.
Economy here is not good,
Broadway turned into one
more hood. Many would
leave if they could, but it is
said they should.
Tomorrow will be at track,
eating good without any of
those Big Macs. Pancakes
always good in a stack!
