"THE GAME!"

It's dawn's early light,  early sign of sunrise  and the Morning Lies!  It is too cold for the flies,  but they and eggs are here  is not a lie. Something may  be dead, have you or any  one seen Too Dead Fred?    No matter it is time to  get on with The Game!  Can't let it get so lame  that you may have to  take some blame!  What do you want,  Hall of Fame or the  Hall of Shame?    From where did  The Game came,  it has always been here,  pretty much looking the same.  The Game "exists" as an aim!  Reason today is to gather up   money, to  put it very plain!  "WE" call it The Economy,  some call it WALL STREET!  There is The Church which is  hanging on searching out some  more fresh meat! Now "WE"  have The Entertainment World!    What do "they" have in common,  why do "we" know of them but  not a lot about them? The Great  Metaphor of all, BASEBALL!  SOOOO SACRED IT HAD TO  BE SAVED!WAS IT JUST TOO  BIG, IMPORTANT TO FAIL?    FANS! CITIZENS! VIEWERS!  LEND ME YOUR EARS!  Don't let your cheers get too  far ahead of your tears!  From all "we" demanded  The Greater Return!!  Pushed players/investors to  new limits when at bat it's  their turn! Never holler fire  until everything is burned!  How can we live with out...  how can we do with out....  we all need change......  what you don't know......    SAVE THE GAME!  SAVE THE GAME!  What would "we" do  with out The Game?         Barry McChangky
