Hey Mister Landlord man,
put in new kitchen floor
for me, I know it won't be
free! I am here just making
my plea!
Hey Mister Land lord man
I have been living here for
eight years, never spilled on
rugs any beers. In environment
here there is no feeling of fear,
art that encourages but none
show despair!
Hey Mister Land lord man
where will you be today, oh
yes it is Election Day!
Will you vote your conscious
or for greater pay day? Vote as
you may, but don't forget my
new floor for another day!
Rotting and chipping away,
kitchen tiles no longer stay,
"oh my gosh home's in dismay!"
If you ask me I will help pay!
Hey Mister Land Lord man
I know you have a plan, just
don't use some thing that may
have a ban! Prices are prices
and only go and rise, to you
that is no surprise! I just hope
from this poem you get a rise!
