There is no magic pill
to take care of economic ill.
There is no good sex with out
that special thrill, never any
fun to receive a bill. What will
happen when no cash in till,
big lie is "they" cleaned up
"that" ocean oil spill!
When will you have your fill,
after next winter's chill? and
there is no sun beyond next hill.
Still sending off army to kill,
no more work after war at the
local mill! Opportunities today
are about Nil, when will you
wait until? Have to move on but
do "you" have the will? When at
food kitchen do you know drill,
think it okay for oil companies to
continue to drill? Would you cook
that seafood on your holiday grill?
and no sun over next hill!
Does Jack go up hill with Jill,
looking for sunrise in morning chill?
Can your child in school sit still, or
does daddy sell drugs or work a still?
Hard for children to believe, there is
sun shining over next hill............
