BREAKFAST AT..............

 Wonderful Sunday morning
 around San Francisco Bay,
 following morning news
 filled with latest blues I
 wondered what was going
 to be for breakfast.
 
 It came to me that only
 breakfast on Amtrak I enjoy
 is The Railroad French Toast!
 Here I am sitting at home on
 the left coast and was looking to
 turn breakfast into full blown
 roast! Put a twist on it and now
 is known as "The San Francisco
 Breakfast Sandwich!"
 
 Take two slices of potato bread
 and put into bowl with two well
 beaten organic eggs. Touch of
 half and half or milk.
 Into hot buttered skillet put first
 slice of bread in thirty seconds
 before the second.
 Turn first slice and put on slice
 of organic ham and favorite
 cheese. Then slap on some real
 horse radish! Place second slice
 on first and turn over to finish
 with golden brown crust.
 Can be used as "walk and eat
 food" like pizza in New York!
 From bottle of cabernet sauvignon
 take out the cork.......
