Remember good old days
of student deferment?
When for no good reason
middle class students got
free ride without argument?
What did it mean to those
drafted, did two years and
three more for readjustment
to civilian world? Their
high school buddies got a
five year head start on life!
No trauma of The Nam or
living with gore and strife!
Got free ride with kid and wife,
while so many hurt and how
many lost their life?
Times are tough and NOW is
time to pay back and not with
slap on back! Social Security
needs to be saved, deferment
holders SACRAFICE first five
years of payment! It will only
help budget by removing dent,
then veterans will not look
upon you with resent! With a
five year head start should not
have trouble making your rent!
Now is no time to look other way,
nor time to take money to play!
Free riders should look back and
say, "time to make it all up and pay!"
