Usual bay morning with some fog and chill but will warm up
in afternoon. Good weather all
year around with some extremes
but everyone wants to live here.

now way up. Before selling or moving
one must think twice. Don't just roll
the dice and sell at great profitable
price but can't afford next slice!
Salesmanship today is classic 1950's
used car salesman edition..........
The Trump has fired opening salvo
with ridiculous "outline without clues!"
No numbers. "Just you wait and watch
me give away the store to every business
whore with its hand out!" Roar that will
answer gutting of medical coverage to be
enormous or get on the bus, Gus.............
