BEAUTIFUL DAY IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD..

 of houses on this block. When it's

 time to sell an earthquake proof(?)

 retrofitting takes place. With median 

 price in San Francisco of 1.6 million

 for house I may be losing neighbors.

 Lost early pick 5 in last leg yesterday.

 Lost late pick 4 in third leg. With one

 race left on card I had to think hard. 

 Bet 2/5 exacta box over all for triples

 and super. Exacta paid $47. Caught 2

 long shots for third and fourth to bring

 in one handsome ransom. Life is good.

 Looks like trade war coming our way.

 Prez insists he knows how to play. 

 Won't let laws get in way. GOP is so

 lacking in integrity are heading for next

 career, representing companies they used

 to regulate. When it comes to the law there

 is always more for lawyers...........
