Rain falling all around bay area
with plenty on San Francisco.
Tourists will be out for trip to
Super Bowl town to check out
items as souvenirs. Stay out of
rain in local taverns having many
a round of beer..........
Rainy season for me is always a
reason to look back and remember.
LT John Thomas Hartley died this
month six years ago. Following is
from conversation we had back in
Viet Nam on a day looking like this.
Always looking but what
are we really seeing?
Always listening but what
are we hearing?
Horrible smell in nose mixed
with terrible taste in mouth
are but bi products of fear.
From my eyes sometimes
fell a tear............Charlie was
always so damn near.
