I never felt more like
singing the blues until
watching Sunday morning
news, oh Alice! "They" got
me singing the blues.
Never felt more like wondering
why politicians defend telling
a lie. Media people don't ask why
just move along word supply.
Sell everything from candidates
to garbage we all buy and wonder
why Alice must cry. Oh Alice, you
have me singing the blues.
GOP offering four knuckleheads
who say everything wrong when
it comes to The Feds. All have
allies they crawled into bed with,
some so narrowed minded can't
measure width! Cruz will lose but
won't take "candidate cruise!"
To help party can refuse because
"they too" read "mourning" news!
Oh Alice, you have me singing the

Rain still falling, life for homeless
is appalling! For leadership all are
calling, politicians give more stalling!
Day to day life offers more of the same,
now call it by different name. Commit a
crime no longer a shame, why take any
responsibility with so many to blame!
Immigrants telling immigrants "go back
from where you came!" Like McGuire sang
"OVER AND OVER AGAIN, MY FRIEND.
DON'T YOU KNOW WE'RE ON THE EVE
OF DESTRUCTION?" Still has same ring
as it did in the bunker..........
